Real Estate Development Advisory for family offices and private investors

One advisor. At every phase.

A principal has a specialist for every asset class: investments, art, private equity. Lleal Group brings that dedicated seat to direct real estate development.

Lleal Group is a real estate development advisory practice serving family offices and private investors with real estate holdings. We bring independent development expertise to the principal’s advisory table, providing guidance across the full development lifecycle, from feasibility and market positioning through design strategy and project delivery.

Family offices and private investors accumulate real estate holdings over time, through opportunity, inheritance, or strategy. As those assets evolve, questions arise around their development potential, positioning, and path forward. Lleal Group brings an independent development perspective to those decisions.

Feasibility & Market Positioning: Advising on the development potential of a site or existing asset, including opportunities to develop, redevelop, or reposition, and how the asset can be positioned within its market. Competitive landscape analysis, product definition, unit mix, and market positioning.

Design & Development Strategy: Advising the owner on design direction, consultant selection, and program definition, ensuring that every design decision serves the owner's objectives and the project's market positioning.

Delivery Advisory: Advising the principal through the development and construction phase, providing independent oversight of design, budget, schedule, and quality to maintain alignment with the principal’s objectives throughout delivery.

Brand & Operator Advisory: Advising on operator selection, brand positioning, and the structure of the relationship, with a focus on alignment with the principal’s objectives.

Each engagement is scoped to the project's requirements, one phase or end to end.

Real estate assets evolve, and with them come moments that require informed development judgment. An existing asset may hold untapped potential. A change in the market may create an opportunity to reposition. A project underway may reach a consequential decision point. Or a budget, design, schedule, or consultant recommendation may call for an independent perspective.

Lleal Group brings independent development expertise to these moments, helping the principal navigate them with clarity and perspective.

"Lleal has an in-depth understanding of the client's requirements, a knowledge of the construction process equal to that of the contractor and above all else the knowledge and understanding of the design. Her ability to manage inherent problems faced during construction and deal with them quickly helped minimizing risk and protect the clients position. I found her "no nonsense" approach to be extremely refreshing and I am looking forward to working with Lleal in the future."
